Why? Because around 1,800 Australians are on the waitlist for an organ transplant and a further
12,000 are on dialysis and may benefit from a kidney transplant.

1 in 4 Australians have admitted they don’t know how to register. We encourage everyone to
check they have registered as an organ and tissue donor this #DonateLifeWeek by heading to the
DonateLifeAustralia website – it only takes one minute.

We’re proud to be part of the race 100,000 Australians to sign on as an organ and tissue donor by
the end of DonateLife Week, which runs from Sunday 25 July – Sunday 1 August.
